How fast is my server ready?
Orders are provisioned automatically, so your server is normally ready within about a minute of checkout.
What does the ping on this page measure?
Each tile is one node and shows how quickly it answers a live connection check, refreshed automatically. Press "Ping now" to refresh them instantly.
How much RAM do I need?
Use the player slider in the Plans section. It estimates a plan from your player count, and modpacks need roughly double.
Can I upgrade or cancel later?
Yes. Manage your plan, invoices and cancellations at any time from the client panel.
Can my friends help manage the server?
Yes. You can share access to a server with other people from the panel.
What else are you launching?
Discord bot hosting, Nginx and web hosting, and more game servers are on the way. They will all live in the same client panel, and registered customers will be told when each one opens.
